It is a special offering of payasam in a large quantity with special Pooja and chanting of the powerful "Lalita Sahasvanamam" conducted on the 1st Sunday of each malayalam month when the devotees turn up in large numbers. They also carry out "Deepa Pradakshinam" to fulfil their wishes by praying to the Goddess Durga.
